Download files from iBBC player service

iPlayer Downloader is a nifty little app that can download DRM-free video(h.264) and audio(mp3) files from the BBC iPlayer service by pretending to be an iPhone. Downloading video from BBC iPlayer has been the toughest piece to crack and Paul Battley solves the problem by making an app that pretends to be an iPhone, a method that is both witty and clever.
You simply need to enter the Programme ID and choose the location of the output. When all is ready, hit Download. Since BBC iPlayer is available in UK only, this app is suited for viewers living in UK or have UK IP address.

It won’t be able to download every programme on iPlayer website since they are not always available. 3rd party videos embedded and locked content can’t be downloaded. Having said that, you can download almost every other program. Most users who have tried it are having success downloading various programmes in HD video(h.264).

Play utube without flash

•  Firstly, download portable Firefox from portableapps’ website. Run the file and follow instructions on screen. Check if you can run the portable Firefox before proceeding to the next step.
• Download Flash Player .xpi version from Macromedia => Link
• Change the file extension from .xpi to .zip by renaming it as flashplayer-win.zip
• Since you now have it as a .zip archive, extract the files in the archive to a folder.
• Copy the files flashplayer.xpt and NPSWF32.dll to the plugin folder inside your Portable Firefox folder:

FirefoxPortable\App\Firefox\plugins

Run the now flash-embedded Portable Firefox. You can view flash file anywhere you want on Windows-based PC without having to install anything as long as you have the portable Firefox with you.
The method of embedding flash player above can also be applied to the standard version of Firefox.

Repair Windows if your CD or DVD drive is missing or not recognized

Rizone CD-DVD Repair is a small utility that will repair Windows if your CD or DVD drive is missing or not recognized by Windows or other programs. Apart form the basic functionality it also allows resetting of Autorun settings and protection against Autorun parasites(virus).
The former lets you repair the Autoplay/Autorun settings if for some reason it fails to work, while the latter provides protection against Autorun virus by disabling the Autorun feature for removable drives. In Windows 7 it will disable autorun for non-Volume devices to protect against viruses, since Microsoft have permanently disabled autorun.inf for removable drives. Use the first option only if Autorun fails to work.

Making portable software: the easy way.

If you have tried portable softwares before,you may ask your self: “how do they make it?” Right? We all know that portable softwares are very usefull: no installing,no waiting,no temp,working just like the “installed one”.All u have to do is click on it and..use it.So,if u still ask your self the question I mentioned above.This is exactly your place!

Yo!! It’s time to make your own portable software.It takes only a (few) minutes ( depend on your system speed.hehe) !

You will need: Multi Packer and the installed file of the program u want to make it portable on your system.

After installed Multi packer,launch it.You will see a big blue screen with 3 options.Choose the first option: “Application pack” to make portable soft.

Then,u may want to add the files to pack them.Just head to the installed folder of the program by the folder-tree.After that,hit “add folder and its content”.All files will be loaded at the other side of the program.Now,set the main Exe of the program ( u already know that,right?).Click,Next when u r done.

The next step will let u set the password for the exe file.u can skip it if not necessary by hit “next”.

So here we are at the end of the progress.U may want to choose where to store your new port app (browse).Click Creat to process the work.Thats it! Easy,right?

Multi packer

Watch video while it still in download process

Hi guys,this is my first post on utip (my blog,of course,hehe).Today,I will show u guys a very cool trick to preview a short part (or long,it’s all depend on the downloaded datas of the file) of the video when it still in download process.Sorry for my bad English,I’m not a native speaker,hope that you can understand it.Well,I will devide this trick into 4 sections:

First,make sure you have all of these software installed on your computer ( you can find the download link at the bottom of this entry,they are FREE )

Utorrent,Dziobas Rar Player

I,Video is downloading by utorrent (or other prog that has the same function),video file was splitted by winRar:

First! Click on the file name and head to the files options below.Set “high priority” for the first and the last part.You can see the picture below.

Now,all you have to do is waiting until these 2 part are downloaded to the computer.Then,fire up the Dziobas Rar Player,choose fileàopen rar(rewind),and choose the first part (part 1).Now,You can see the beginning of the movie.hehe

II,Video is (still) downloading by utorrent BUT it wasn’t splitted (^_^!) (means that it’s a complete video with avi extension or so)

For this situation,there’s nothing you can do but wait.Hey,I don’t mean that you have to wait until it all downloaded to your PC :P .Just wait until the download-status bar reach about 20%.Then,lauch the Dziobas Rar Player to open the video file in the download folder,it WORKS!

III,Video is downloading by IDM BUT Splitted in to many files by Hjsplit (001,002…..)

It is easy to preview the first part the video that splitted by hjspit.i don’t know if u already know this trick.but let me show u how easy it is (again)

First,download the 001 file.then,delete the 001 extension (u can do it by rename the file)

Example: utip.avi.001àutip.avi

Now,u can view it by Dziobas Rar Player.

IV,Video is downloading by IDM but nothing splitted (the last one but the most common one)

IDM storred your video data in a temp folder before it rebuild the file.So,the solution here is that u head to that temp folder and open the first part of the video(easy,huh?)

U can get that temp folder location in IDMàoptionsàSave toàTemporary directory.

When u get to the folder,choose Dwndataà your username.In there,u will find many folder.IDM doesn’t named the folder the same name with the video clip so u may find it hard to see what r u want to watch (if u have many videos that still in download process)

There isn’t an easy way to search for the right video here (in my opinion).So,maybe u will want to check the folder size.

After u finded the video,open the first one (WHICH HAS CORRECT EXTENSION) by Dziobas Rar player.Other files cannot be played
